How long does onboarding take?↓
1-2 weeks. We provision your branded subdomain (or custom domain), help you onboard with Stripe Connect, import your customer list, and walk you through the dashboard. Caldoring went live in 9 days.
Who handles payments — you or me?↓
You do. Each florist has their own Stripe Connect account in their name. Funds land directly with you. We never touch the money — we just orchestrate the timing and capture.
What if a customer disputes a charge?↓
We email each customer 10 days before charging and retain a complete audit trail (email_log) for every reminder sent. This is your strongest chargeback defense — Stripe Connect sees the proof and almost always sides with the merchant.
Can I keep my existing website?↓
Yes. Flowersub is the *signup, payments, and reminders* layer. Your main shop site stays as-is — you just point one button on it (e.g., 'Recurring flowers') to your Flowersub portal.
What happens if I cancel?↓
We export all your customer data + saved-card tokens (Stripe Connect holds them, not us). Your customers can complete events that were already scheduled, and you walk away with a clean dataset.
